Woodlands Farm

NUKO Planning was appointed by their client, The Egerton Trust, to provide planning consultancy and pre-planning project management to obtain temporary planning permission (3 years) for farmworker’s accommodation on Woodlands Alpaca Farm, Thelwall, Warrington.  The site is within Green Belt.  NUKO Planning was successful in demonstrating to the LPA an essential need for the accommodation, and the application was recommended for approval by WBC planning officers.  Because of parish council interest, however, the application was determined at planning committee, where it was refused by elected members in January 2021. 

 

Nuko planning was retained to take the decision to planning inspectorate where it was overturned in Summer 2022.
