Overview
After successfully securing planning permission for 5 residential units in October 2020, Nuko planning was retained by their client to secure permission for an alternative use due to a response to a change market conditions.
Making use of the previously approved access and S.106 agreement principles the application was approved by the delegated powers in Autumn 2023.
