Land to the east of 140 Cherry Lane 

Nuko planning was retained by ADS Partnerships to oversee the preplanning project for a 14 unit alpaca shelter on an existing greenbelt site. The scheme had to respond to challenging highway considerations. the application is part of a wider agricultural strategy for a successful local alpaca business.

 

Due to an objection by the parish council, the application was taken to committee where it was granted Approval January 2024
