Overview
NUKO Planning is retained by a private developer to navigate the planning process for 4 new industrial units being developed on Brindley road, Saint Helens. The site is located on a thriving industrial park helping promote economic growth in the borough.
The current scheme is for 4 units for industrial, storage or distribution. The units are proposed with a lightweight metallic design, introducing a contemporary aesthetic to the business park in a scale and massing that is appropriate in the context of the surrounding buildings.
